Syntax:

D2 76 00 01 86 F7 01 1 + ISNI number without check-digit, decimal-to-hex encoded (left padded to 13 nibbles) + [ application-defined bits ]

The 16 decimal digits (15 digits without checksum excluded) are converted to a fixed length of 13 nibbles of binary data.

Minimum value: 0000-0000-0000-000_ = 0000000000000

Maximum value: 9999-9999-9999-999_ = 38D7EA4C67FFF

There is no delimiter between ISNI number and application defined bits, because the ISNI part has a fixed length of 13 nibbles.
